The Whatcom County Old Settlers Association is a not-for-profit organization that consists of all-volunteer membership. Their primary purpose is the organizing, managing, and running of the annual Old Settlers Picnic, Grand Parade, Car Show all of which runs during the last full weekend of July from Friday-Saturday. Proceeds from these events go towards our mission of preserving the memory and heritage of the early pioneers of Whatcom County.
