Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Can I order a Valentine to be delivered on a different day?
    • Delivery before or after Valentine's day may be possible as a special request, depending on quartet availability. Please contact us at 360-592-3782 with your special request. If an in-person singing valentine does not work for you, consider ordering a digital video gram instead. 
  • Can I cancel a Singing Valentine Order?
    • Singing Valentines may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the day of delivery.
  • Once I've completed my order and provided my details, can I make changes to the order?
    • If you feel the need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at 360-592-3782.
  • What if my recipient is not there or is unavailable when the quartet arrives?
    • Depending on the timing and location of the quartet's next delivery, they may be able to wait for up to 15 minutes for your recipient to arrive or become available. If delivery cannot be made, we will attempt to contact you and do our best to make alternative delivery arrangements. Thus it is VERY IMPORTANT that we have a phone number where you can easily be reached on the day of delivery.
  • What can I do if there is a specific time during the day that my recipient will not be available?
    • Please be sure to include this information in the special instructions section when you place your order.
  • I have a request that is not within your standard offerings. What else do you offer?
    • We are happy to discuss any special requests you might have. Please contact us at 360-592-3782 to tell us your needs and we will see if we can meet them.

Tips for Good Delivery Instructions:

  • Work/offfice deliveries can be tricky. Please provide in the "special instructions" field of the order form information that will help us locate your loved one quickly. A trusted colleague or friend can help us locate the recipient and possibly arrange for an audience.
  • Be sure to specify the recipient's first and last name. If you want the recipient to be addressed on the card using something other than first or last name, please specify it in the "message" field.
  • Provide a mobile (cell) number if possible. To avoid spoiling a surprise delivery, we will try this number first when confirming details or reporting delivery problems. This is likely the best way to reach you on the day of delivery if problems arise (such as lack of access to a building).
  • If there is a specific time window that your recipient will not be available (e.g. out to lunch), please include this information in the "delivery instructions" section.
