HH2026 will be a special ONE DAY only celebration, taking place at the lovely home of Mac & Tracey Matheson, in Coquitlam, BC  They have a beautiful, secluded property, alongside the river.

We are happy to let you know it’s a FREE day. No costs to you. The board understands that it’s another “odd” year, and we made the decision to make it free of charge. We hope to return to Camp Horizon soon.

Schedule for the day follows the regular Sunday activities:

9:00 am earliest arrival possible
11:00 am HH Olympics start
12:00 pm Lunch - on your own
2:00 pm Quartet Contest
5:00 pm BBQ Potluck Dinner
7:00 pm. Ham It Up!!
Till late - Singing and merriment!

What to bring:
camp chair, cooler with your own lunch, something to share for the BBQ potluck dinner, drinks, (the board will provide some non-alcoholic beverages), anything else you might need for a long day in a park like setting, like warmer clothing if/when it gets colder at night.

Things to know:
- Parking is VERY limited. We have around 10 spots we will book off for those with mobility issues etc. Please send a private message to us if you require a spot. There is almost no street parking.

We are hoping to run the shuttle again, that can pick you up from the large Lafarge Lake parking lot about 10 min away (more info to come). If you MUST drive to the location to drop off items, it will need to be at street level, then walk down the hill to the property, return to your car and head back to the parking lot.
- The whole day will be outside. There is no access inside to the house unless it’s for an emergency etc. Those with little children should come prepared. If you have a pop-up shelter, please bring along in case it rains.
- Port-a-potties will be your ONLY option. There is no access inside the house. Come prepared.
- There is access to the river, but it’s steep-ish and not a place for swimming, just viewing or maybe fishing!!
